My Cockatiel Has a Loose Feather?

My cockatiel, Diablo, has a loose tail feather. Actually, it was bending in half because it got stuck in the cage bars because of a toy (which was removed). And it is really annoying me and Diablo. He tries to get it off, but it hurts him. The Av. vet said that it will fall off. It has been there for a month!!! How do I safely, and painlessly, remove this stubborn feather?
It’s bended in the middle. It is a medium sized tail feather.

How do I keep my cockatiel from breaking his tail feathers during night frights?

The broken ones seem to allow him to see in the thing he looks really pitiful and the tailfeather right way of my cockatiel is this the feather in his cage he looks really pitiful and the broken part is just snaps he looks.

Squeaky watching Teletubbies 2

This is a continuation of Squeaky playing while watching Teletubbies. You can tell where he’s going with it. The music makes it hilarious. You can see in later videos that doing this a lot made him break his longest tail feather, so his tail is much shorter in later videos.
