It is always a good idea to feed your bird organic seed and pellets (I use Totally Organics) since birds are so sensitive to pesticides. Also be sure your tiel is getting at least 12 hours of sleep. It’s best to cover her/him after sunset in a quiet room until you wake in the morning.

How many toys you can put in the cage at once depends on your cages size. Just be sure its not too crowded. I also avoid plastic parakeet toys-get the shredder/wooden ones. Allow adequate out-of-cage time whenever you can. I don’t trim by birds wings so he can fly for exercise. That’s a personal choice for you to make since you know your bird better than anyone.
