Shela in the nest box with new ****?y

Before going to bed this morning I started to hear little ***.ing sounds from the big ****.tiel cage in my room. After taking the nest box out checking over all 5 of the eggs i found the one that was making sounds. No more then four hours later did a little yellow fluff ball show up. Shela and Tucker are so ***?r doing alright and interested in the ****?y, feeding it, and keeping it warm. I keep finding eggs at the bottom of my cockatiel cage even though there is a nesting box. What can I do?

I have had a pair of cockatiels for about 8 months and they have started mating. I have put in a nesting box and I have provided nesting material (string, paper and cotton). And for the last 10 days I have found a new egg laying at the bottom of the cage. I remove them everyday (they are usually broken from the fall I think) After the first week I moved the box to the bottom of the cage to see if it would make a difference but I continue to find an egg on the bottom. I have placed the box back at the top of the cage and have put them outside during the day because of the weather being warmer. What can I do to help them to have baby chicks?
